But wait. There’s more. Parked outside is a decked-out 1976 Airstream, bringing a whole lot of silver-bullet swagger to the party. Guest quarters? Home office? Art studio? Writer’s retreat? Place to send someone when you’ve had enough togetherness? You decide. And did I mention the land? Five. Big. Fat. Acres. Room for gardens, dogs, chickens, toys, hammocks, stargazing, wandering around in your pajamas, or simply enjoying the luxury of having nobody particularly close to you. Then there’s the Rio Grande, just about 2.5 miles away. Fishing, swimming and paddleboarding are practically backyard activities. Prefer dry land?
